LCOE TECHNOLOGY is a Technical Service appointed and accredited by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism (MINETUR) to perform tests (regulatory acts) for the European approval of vehicles of all categories and their components and, at a national level, for national approvals and modifications.

Approval of completed vehicles that come from incomplete vehicles according to Royal Decree 750/2010. - EQUIVALENCE CERTIFICATE. SPANISH TYPE APPROVAL
For complete vehicles that have been approved in the European Economic Area (EEA) that match a vehicle with a Spanish type approval. - HOMOLOGACIÓN UNITARIA
For complete vehicles that do not have an EC type approval and do not match a vehicle with a Spanish type approval. - CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH ROYAL DECREE 2028/86
Issue of the certificate of compliance with Regulatory Acts in vehicles that have not been previously registered.

- VEHICLES MODIFICATIONS
Any modification or change in a vehicle is regulated according to Royal Decree 866/2010.
LCOE is accredited by ENAC (accreditation EI/485) and appointed by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism to issue conformity reports of any category of vehicles according to Royal Decree 866/2010.

International scope:
|
|
|
LCOE Technology is accredited by the Vehicle Safety Certification Centre (VSCC), Taiwan to perform tests both at the customer facilities (witness test) and at our facilities.
LCOE Technology takes active part in Working Groups that develop Directives and Regulations (GTB, GRB, etc.) and in the Type Approval Authorities Meeting (TAAM), where directives presently in force are discussed.
At a national level, LCOE Technology also participates with MINETUR Working Groups in the development and implementation of Royal Decrees about vehicles approvals or their modifications.
